Many people have the misconception that long-lived people eat only healthy food.

In fact, their diet includes a wide variety of foods.

For example, the Frenchwoman Jeanne Calment, who lived to be 122, loved olive oil. However, other eating habits are surprising.

The woman never had breakfast and was not averse to eating fried and spicy foods, as well as enjoying chocolate: the Frenchwoman could eat up to a kilogram of it a week! And this is not to mention the fact that she quit smoking only at 117 years old and drank cheap red wine until her last days.

118-year-old Lucille Randon also confessed her love for red wine: despite her venerable age, she still drinks a glass a day.
