Why you shouldn't drink hot drinks

This is because liquids that are too hot can injure our esophagus and we won’t even feel it, since there are no nerve endings there.

Secondly, ice water causes stomach spasms and slows down digestion.

That is why it is better to start the morning with a glass of water at room temperature. Liquid without additives removes toxins and restarts the entire body.

However, there are a number of additives that go well with regular drinking water. We are talking about ginger and lemon.

Ginger is a spice that warms and invigorates just as well as coffee. And lemon is the first remedy for colds and for strengthening the immune system.

If you like vitamin drinks, you will appreciate celery juice. It contains a whole range of vitamins and minerals.

Cucumber water is also useful, as it contains many vitamins. In addition, in the morning it dulls the feeling of hunger and promotes weight loss.
