Very soon schoolchildren will begin to take the Unified State Exam. This period is difficult, as it requires a lot of strength, energy and knowledge.
To ensure that a student feels well during exam periods, it is important to pay attention to nutrition.
During exams, a student needs to eliminate diets and start eating healthy foods. RIA Novosti reports details with reference to general practitioner Timur Asanov.
It is noted that during the period of preparation for the Unified State Exam, diets can be allowed only if recommended by doctors. In other cases, nutrition must be correct.
According to Asanov, a schoolchild’s diet should include fruits, dark chocolate, yogurt, cottage cheese – everything that is rich in nutrients.
In addition, he recommended giving up chips, carbonated drinks, and fast food, since these products can impair attention and cause stomach problems.
The doctor noted that breakfast should include proteins, fats and slow carbohydrates. This could be cheese, butter, fish, whole grain bread or porridge.
It is added that nuts, bread, and fruits can be used as snacks, but it is better to avoid sweets, since they quickly provide energy, but after a short time lead to a loss of strength.
