According to Pichugina, large amounts of sweet carbonated water can lead to problems such as diabetes and obesity.
She noted that soda contains carbon dioxide, which may not have the best effect on the gastrointestinal tract.
The nutritionist added that in the summer it is better to give preference to greens, fruits, vegetables, and regular drinking water. It is better to exclude sweet juices or soda.
