Nutritionist warns Russians about the dangers of giving up milk completely

However, it is impossible to completely abandon it.

In a conversation with aif.ru, a nutritionist spoke about the dangers of such a step.

Nutritionist and senior researcher at the Federal Research Center for Nutrition and Biotechnology Natalia Denisova reminded that people are essentially mammals.

Therefore, nature itself has created a product for him that has a unique composition. And therefore, refusal of milk is fraught with the following problems:

  • protein deficiency;
  • vitamin deficiency;
  • lack of minerals, especially calcium and potassium;
  • bad mood, since milk is considered a natural endorphin.

The doctor advised consuming at least 2-3 servings of dairy products daily to get all the benefits they contain.

The nutritionist also announced what volume of dairy products should be included in one serving. This is 1 glass of milk or kefir or 100 grams of cottage cheese or 50 grams of cheese.
