Absolutely all people use shampoo these days.

But, unfortunately, the vast majority do not understand at all what basic mistakes are made every time they wash their hair.

Sometimes they do not affect your overall health in any way, but rather attract the desire to wash your hair more and more often.

But there are such ridiculous mistakes, because of which a person can lose the thickness of hair or even more serious diseases. To understand all the mistakes a little, you just need to understand the basics of shampoos.

If the shampoo is expensive and high-quality, it will be ideal for all members of a large family. Yes, such a misconception exists where people do not want to overpay for personal hygiene products.

In fact, shampoo, like a toothbrush, should always be a personal product in the bathroom.

It rarely happens that all family members have the same hair type or the same problems. Some suffer from dandruff, some try to add maximum volume, and some do not need such products at all, because natural hair is perfect.

You can't use the same shampoo all the time, because it will become addictive. For some reason, this opinion can also be often found among the inhabitants of the globe. But if the product is chosen correctly, it does not cause any discomfort and helps to get rid of certain problems, then it does not need to be changed.

Of course, if some difficulties suddenly arise, it makes sense to think about this issue, but nothing more.

If there is not much foam, it is a bad product. This is a lie. Foam formation and the quality of the shampoo are not related in any way, so choosing a product based only on this criterion is stupid.

It should also be said that medicinal hair cosmetics (including shampoos) rarely have even minimal foam, so you shouldn’t expect any flakes in the bathroom.

For a shampoo to be useful, it must contain many different ingredients. There is also a bit of misconception here.

Indeed, in order to solve a specific problem, i.e. to cure the scalp, a shampoo can have a wide range of components. But if the product is selected simply to maintain the cleanliness of the hair, then there should not be too long a list of ingredients.

Moreover, it often happens that such products cause allergic reactions, because the ingredients can interact with each other and form unfavorable tandems for the scalp.
