A child with large renal artery aneurysms was operated on at the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital (RCCH) of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to the press service of the medical institution and the deputy chief physician for surgical work, Maxim Sukhov.

It is noted that the 8-year-old child began to suffer from headaches and high blood pressure. During the examination, he was found to have a renal artery lesion, so it was decided to send the patient to the RDKB.

The hospital clarified that the surgeons removed the kidney from the body and treated it with the composition.

It was also noted that after the aneurysms were removed, the kidney was returned.

It is also added that after the operation, the patient's kidney function improved, and his blood pressure began to stabilize. The boy will continue to be monitored by doctors.
