There are a huge number of women who languish in longing for long, thick and beautiful hair.
Many of them have long since gotten used to short haircuts, but sometimes in their dreams they see themselves with luxurious loose braids, and when they wake up they sigh sadly...
Is it really impossible to make your dream of long hair come true? Don't give up without a fight! Beauty is worth fighting for, especially since there are many methods to achieve the goal. And there are also a number of hair care rules that must be followed.
Rule number one: always use only those hair care products that match your hair type. That is, if your hair is dry, then a shampoo designed for oily hair is absolutely not suitable for it.
If your hair has not been dyed, then you don’t need a nourishing mask for dyed hair, etc. This is a very simple rule, and yet not many people follow it.
Rule number two: you need to make sure that the ends of the strands are always even, regularly trimming them with scissors as needed. And don't let this advice seem strange!
Indeed, to grow hair, you should cut it regularly. Our great-great-grandmothers knew this.
If the split ends and hair breakage are too severe, you should seek the services of a professional hairdresser who will do a haircut with “hot scissors”. This will seal the ends of the hair and stop them from losing nutrients.
Rule number three: it is essential to constantly take measures to protect and strengthen hair follicles, since only strong roots can produce long shoots.
Here, beauty salon procedures and proven home remedies will come to the rescue. The latter will be discussed below.
Rule number four: regular moisturizing. Always after washing your hair, you need to use a conditioner.
If your hair is too dry, dyed or highlighted, then in addition to regular conditioner, you should use special moisturizing products. These can be creams, emulsions, masks. The same applies to the ends of your hair; to prevent split ends, you should buy products specially designed to moisturize split ends.
Rule number five: it is recommended to regularly braid your hair after combing it to prevent it from tangling (of course, if it is already long enough to follow this rule).
Rule number six: proteins are needed to restore the hair structure. They must be included in sufficient quantities in your diet. That is, it must necessarily include lean meats, poultry, eggs (preferably quail eggs). Fiber, which can be found in vegetables and fruits, is also useful for hair.
Well, now, as promised, we will talk about home remedies for strengthening hair:
1. Natural clay shampoo. Pour half a teaspoon of arnica tincture and a tablespoon of vinegar into a glass of liquid clay, mix the ingredients and wash your hair with this product. It is better to rinse with soft water.
2. Strengthening balm. It is useful to rub onion juice or onion puree into the scalp. Pour water over onion peel and boil a little, then let the decoction brew for thirty minutes and strain, wet the strands with the healing decoction and then let them dry.
3. Balm for massaging hair roots. Mix two glasses of table vinegar with two glasses of water, pour the resulting solution over a mixture of fifty grams of nettle leaves and the same amount of its roots; keep the mixture on low heat for no more than thirty minutes, strain and massage your head with this decoction every evening before going to bed. Seven to ten sessions of such procedures are enough.
By following these rules, you can achieve excellent results and get closer to your dream of long, thick hair.
