It is reported that the research has revealed that dog owners who allow their four-legged friends to sleep with them often suffer from insomnia.
The fact is that animals can be sources of noise, which has a negative impact on relaxation.
The scientists added: “If you want to sleep well and healthily, eliminate any factors that provoke sounds. Including pets.”
