Doctors helped a small child who inhaled a stick from a tobacco heating system. The details are reported by the Moscow Agency with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Health and surgeon Sergei Lovyagin.
It is noted that a one-year-old child was admitted to the Moscow Regional Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood.
According to the press service, the patient had breathing problems and a high temperature.
It was also noted that specialists immediately began diagnostics, as a result of which they discovered a foreign object in one of the bronchi.
It is also known that this item turned out to be a stick from a tobacco heating system.
It is added that thanks to the operation, the child felt better.
According to Lovyagin, the lack of treatment could have led to serious consequences, including respiratory failure. However, all the bad things were behind us.
