Doctors from Moscow Region Removed a Live Fly from the Ear of a 14-Year-Old Girl

Doctors helped a teenage girl with a fly in her ear. The details are reported by the Moscow Agency, citing the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Health, citing the head of the otolaryngology department, Kristina Tadzhikulova.
It is noted that during a walk in the forest, a fly got into the girl’s ear.
According to Tadjikulova, after the incident, the 14-year-old girl was taken to Vidnovskaya Hospital. There, doctors conducted an examination, during which they discovered the presence of an insect.
She noted that the specialists carefully removed the fly using tweezers.
Besides, the fly turned out to be alive. It was taken out without any particular difficulty.
It is added that the ear canal and eardrum were not damaged. The patient was able to return home the same day.
