In the Russian capital, they care not only about patients, but also about medical specialists. They try to create comfortable conditions for them.
The arrangement of psychological relief rooms is a striking example of this.
Psychological relief rooms for doctors have been set up in 220 Moscow polyclinics. Details are reported by TASS with reference to Moscow Deputy Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
It is noted that these rooms were created with the aim of reducing anxiety and stress and preventing professional burnout.
According to Rakova, thanks to such spaces, doctors will be able to rest and relax, take a break with a hobby, and feel the silence.
She noted that currently there are rooms in 220 institutions, but in the near future they will appear in another 180 places.
It is also known that the Russian capital is the first region to implement a project to equip special rooms to relieve the burden of employees working in clinics.
It is added that the room can be used after work or during breaks. There you can watch TV, use a massage chair. Employees can also enjoy coffee or their favorite music.
Earlier we reported on the cessation of rainfall in Moscow.
