Purple spot
Such consequences are caused by the defeat of the berry plant by a disease called purple spot. It is characterized by the presence of purple-brown spots that gradually grow and can cover almost the entire stem of the plant.
Preventive measures, including separate cultivation of bush shoots, will help protect against this disease.
In autumn, the raspberry patch should be watered with a 1% solution of Bordeaux mixture, and in spring, the plants should be treated with a urea solution.
If the disease has already manifested itself, then biological fungicides should be used, for example, Vitaplan at all stages of development, as well as Proton or Prognoz after you have harvested the crop.
The plants are treated directly on the leaves.
