Why do pear tree leaves turn black and dry out?
If you encounter such a phenomenon, then rust fungus is almost certainly to blame.
The disease has characteristic symptoms. It all starts with small spots of a bright red hue, to which bacteriosis is added over time.
This, in turn, is the defeat of leaves previously infected with the fungus, which leads to the rapid drying out of the leaves.
If this happens, it is necessary to cut off all infected branches of the tree without regret, capturing 15-20 cm of healthy shoot.
The cut site must be treated, and the cut pear branches must be taken away and burned.
