After winter garlic has been in the garden, you don’t want the soil to be empty.
There are early maturing crops that will easily yield a harvest after digging up the garlic.

So, after clearing the beds, you can plant radishes on them. Before sowing, make sure that there are no weeds on the bed and that it is fertilized with ash.
Another not very big fan of heat is turnip. Moreover, the harvest planted in summer is stored much better.
Peas are another crop that thrives in moderate heat. Incidentally, it is precisely because of the latter that they sometimes bear fruit so poorly in the summer.
After winter garlic, you can plant strawberries. Just don't forget to add borophosphorus to the soil before planting so that the bushes receive the necessary nutrition for a future abundant harvest.
And finally, you can grow greens here, especially if you want to stock up on healthy herbs for the winter.
