To begin with, it is worth arming yourself with seedlings and, in the phase of 2-4 true leaves, cutting them almost to the root.
You will get a cutting that needs to be rooted - it will later become an ordinary seedling.
This method will allow the crop to bear fruit much earlier. In addition, the harvest volume will increase significantly.
