Last Friday, September 27, hundreds of Russians faced excessive charges for taxi services, RBC reports.
Thus, one of the users of the Yandex Taxi application reported that funds were debited from her card for uncompleted trips over the course of 5 hours.
The exact number of Russians who found themselves in a similar situation is not named. But it is noted that we are talking about "several hundred" clients.
The company representatives apologized and assured that the problem has now been resolved and all money has been returned.
