Volodin named the main complaints of Russians about housing and communal services

State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin commented on the frequent complaints of Russians about housing and communal services.

Citizens mainly complain about high tariffs and the discrepancy between the quality of housing and communal services and their price.

Volodin said that many complaints were received from residents of the regions, Primorsky and Kamchatka Krai, as well as the Komi and Tatarstan republics.

Citizens are dissatisfied with high housing and communal services tariffs and unsatisfactory quality of services (33%).

Volodin also emphasized in his Telegram channel that people are outraged by worn-out communications – 13% of Russians.

Volodin added that 6.5% of citizens are dissatisfied with the quality of work of management companies.

He reported that a detailed discussion of the state of the public utility infrastructure and improving the quality of housing and communal services is planned for the end of October.

Volodin said that government hours are being held to develop further decisions in a substantive manner.
