The Minister of Energy spoke about achievements in the energy resources sector.
The head of the department emphasized that Russia has successfully redirected oil and coal for export in the eastern direction.
Sergei Tsivilev gave this comment to TASS journalists on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.
As the official noted, work on redirecting Russian oil and coal to the East has already been completed.
Now the energy sector faces the task of stabilizing the obtained indicators, as well as flexible export management.
As Tsivilev emphasized, work on the export of natural gas is still underway.
The Minister recalled that in the case of gas, difficulties arise associated with the connection to previously laid pipelines.
Nevertheless, work is underway on new projects related to the gas industry, and efforts have been thrown into the production of liquefied gas. The latter measure will allow Russia to significantly expand the geography of blue gold supplies.
