Also, apartments that are advertised as promotional turn out to be poorly built and require additional costs.
The deputy stressed that discounts offered on Black Friday could be a scam.
Some developers may inflate the price of properties before the sale and then offer discounts.
Chaplin noted that seemingly simple contracts may contain hidden conditions and payments.
The deputy called on Russians to approach apartment purchase transactions during sales with special responsibility.
