When there is a real threat of dismissal, employees tend to become very attentive and diligent.
Some, of course, start to get nervous and make a lot of mistakes, but such people are usually fired earlier.
If a person gets a job in an office solely for a pleasant pastime, then he pretends to be organized and serious.
When the attention of his colleagues and superiors wanes, he also allows himself to be distracted. And if he is a lazy person by nature, he sometimes does not hide his vicious worldview from his colleagues, talking about horses dying from work.
Naturally, there are some employees who don't like this arrangement. They report it to management, and then they decide to look into the situation.
The notorious "flea catching" begins. Here the sly one shows himself in all his glory, so as not to end up on the street with a black mark.
1. Masterfully combines vacations and sick leave. This is a favorite trick of lazy people: they are well acquainted with the Labor Code, so they are certainly aware of their rights.
And they know that a person cannot be fired during illness or vacation (except for the liquidation of an enterprise, but that is not the issue in this case).
It is clear that any scandal has the ability to die down and lose its intensity and relevance, therefore, it is necessary to distract the angry director.
For this purpose, a maneuver with an imaginary illness is used. As a rule, such workers have acquaintances and trusted doctors with whom they enter into a kind of conspiracy.
No, everything is legally clean: the sick leave is real, not bought or fake. It's just that no one is actually sick, but instead enjoys an unexpected mini-vacation.
The only downside is the impossibility of going anywhere, because it is advisable to visit a doctor every three days and report on your condition. But this is not scary, the main thing is that the boss cools down.
If there is a serious conflict at work, then the sick leave is extended for the maximum permitted period, smoothly transitioning into vacation.
Some employees even have two (main and additional), for example, medical workers. During such a long absence, any scandal becomes non-unique.
2. Demonstratively call an ambulance directly to the office.
The tricksters are called that because they are excellent manipulators. And although their colleagues and boss usually know their nature very well, they do not have the right to forbid doctors to do their work.
The situation is as follows: the employee guesses about the upcoming showdown, so he deliberately stimulates some kind of attack (drinks a lot of coffee or takes blood pressure pills).
In moderate doses, it can provoke a hypertensive crisis, which is a serious reason for hospitalization.
As a rule, after this, a person does not appear in the office soon (it’s good if it’s in two or three months), because after the hospital they can send him to a sanatorium for further treatment.
From the above it is clear that health manipulation is considered the most effective among thoughtful workers.
Of course, it works best for people who are not in good health (for example, people with third-group disabilities).
They know their own bodies very well, as well as jurisprudence, and therefore understand that in order to be fired at the employer’s request, a compelling reason and an explainable cause are needed.
Otherwise, it can be contested and the labor dispute can be won. But it is better not to let it go to court, but to be on the safe side.
However, even healthy employees who find it convenient to have a full social package and various guarantees from the state are guilty of this.
