The estimated value of Auchan warehouse space in Russia has been revealed
French retailer Auchan recently announced its possible exit from Russia.
Russian experts have assessed the value of the warehouse premises owned by the company.
The consulting company CORE.XP shared the results of the study with the TASS agency.
According to the organization's estimates, Auchan owns one distribution center in Domodedovo in the south of Moscow Region. Its estimated value is 10 billion rubles.
The total area of the company's distribution centers is about 250 square meters. This figure includes rented premises in Moscow and other cities with a population of over one million in the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, the retailer may completely leave Russia in the near future.
To this end, Auchan representatives are allegedly currently negotiating with a local buyer, and the discussion is already in its final stages.
At the same time, the Auchan press service did not comment on this information, only specifying that the company continues to operate in the Russian Federation.
