They say that a good employee is one who can adapt to everyone's mood.
In this sense, it would not be superfluous to recall the chameleon: it also changes color when it is advantageous for it.
It turns out that a good employee will not become a decent person, because he is a true hypocrite and pretender. A deceiver is a priori a dishonest type. What is dangerous about such an employee?
This is especially evident if he is offered to temporarily perform the duties of some boss or senior specialist.
In such a situation, all the bad personal qualities will immediately come to the surface: arrogance, bitterness, toxicity, lack of communication skills, duplicity, insincerity, deceit, envy. The most interesting thing is that after returning to his previous position, he sincerely does not understand why his colleagues avoid him and suspect him of something.
Many managers use a scheme: they select a person from among their subordinates to write reports on a specified employee (usually a disgraced one, whom they want to fire, for which a serious reason is required).
The Chameleon will happily agree to please his boss in terms of emotions, so he can easily pretend to be a kind and understanding colleague.
He will invite you to tea, and unobtrusively engage in personal conversations. His task is to get more dirt, for which, naturally, he will have to become friends with the victim. Everyone knows how this will end.
Despite the frankly nasty nature of this guy, he is rarely caught red-handed, as they say. He is a master at fooling people.
Of course, there are insightful individuals who are well versed in human nature and instantly understand that someone in front of them is a liar and a traitor.
They even avoid being alone with him, so as not to give him another reason to "snitch" on the boss.
After all, if you look at the situation soberly, it becomes clear: it is impossible to be good and loved by everyone. And if this is the case, it means the employee is simply tuning in to the wavelength of each interlocutor. Why does he need this? He clearly does not come to the office for friendship. The answer is obvious: he was asked to do so.
From the above it is clear that chameleon workers are dangerous types. Yes, they do not give the impression of being troublemakers, but this is not their image.
On the contrary, they should be calm, good-natured, open and friendly, so as not to frighten anyone with their presence.
They are obliged to be well-disposed, because they only confide in friendly and demonstratively gentle interlocutors.
They pretend to be friends or best friends, but then the boss suddenly finds out about all the secrets.
The most interesting thing is that no one will suspect that he is a real informer: his reputation is too pure and impeccable for that.
Thus, when applying for a job, you need to be careful and cautious. As a rule, newcomers are not particularly welcome, even if they significantly facilitate the activities of the organization or enterprise.
All co-workers are potential competitors for a higher position or higher salary.
There are no friends in the office: the most you should adhere to is neutrality. It is good to communicate with colleagues only on work issues, and also to say hello, thank you and say goodbye within the bounds of politeness.
It is advisable to leave the rest for family and real friends who have nothing to do with work.
Smart people strictly separate their work responsibilities and personal life, trying to ensure that these two spheres do not intersect.
Earlier I talked about why an employee deliberately provokes a conflict with his superiors.
