The Central Bank of Russia announced significant changes in the tariffs of the Fast Payment System.
These changes concern the abolition of fees for citizens for transfers in favor of the state.
Now banks will not be able to charge commissions from citizens for transfers in favor of the state through the SBP, writes the Bank of Russia .
This concerns payment for services of kindergartens, clubs, sections, taxes, fines and other government services.
The Bank of Russia also set the maximum amount of remuneration for banks at zero.
This means that banks will not be able to charge their customers for making C2G payments.
The new tariffs will come into effect on November 1, 2024.
At present, the SBP has already implemented the ability to make payments to the budget based on accruals.
The Central Bank plans to expand the capabilities of the SBP with the help of new options on the government services portal.
