State Duma: New preferential mortgage programs may appear
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets Anatoly Aksakov announced that new preferential mortgage programs may be introduced.
It is reported that relevant initiatives will most likely be developed in relation to young specialists.
Aksakov noted: “The benefits will also affect employees in the industrial, construction and scientific sectors,” as reported by the Parliamentary Newspaper .
The deputy also emphasized that the relevant discussions will most likely be raised at the next session of the State Duma.
Positive changes
As the politician noted, the new programs will help citizens purchase housing.
In addition, the initiatives will enable the state to increase its capacity in terms of resources, especially in critical sectors.
Aksakov added: "Preferential mortgages with state support ended at the beginning of July. Therefore, additional support will appear."
The deputy stressed that it is extremely important to make initiatives orderly so that an imbalance does not arise in the housing market.
