Leading researcher at the RANEPA Institute Viktor Lyashok reported that in Russia a certain category of pensioners will be able to apply for additional payments.

Lyashok emphasized: “The amount of the benefit this year is equal to 2.7 thousand rubles for each dependent,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
It is emphasized that in Russia dependents are incapacitated citizens who are fully supported by their guardians.
Pension supplement
It is stated that dependents can study full-time. They do not have a main source of income.
Expert Viktor Lyashok added: “It is important to understand that the additional payment in this case is available to those who are entitled to an old-age or disability pension.”
The size of the increase is one third of the size of the fixed pension payment.
To apply for such additional payment, you should submit an application to the Social Fund of Russia. You must have documents confirming your identity and guardianship.
