Russians advised to buy housing near zoos
The Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services told where it is profitable to buy apartments.
Nikita Stasishin advised residents of large cities to take a closer look at objects near zoos.
The official explained that in this case the cost per square meter is growing faster, reports aif.ru.
Such apartments are suitable for investment, renting out and living.
Stasishin said that this option has at least two advantages.
The houses near the zoo have established, high-quality public utilities infrastructure.
This is an important nuance that becomes obvious over time. Residents of such apartments will not be bothered by accidents or pipe re-laying work.
The second advantage is good transport accessibility. And as a bonus, there are all the amenities for families with children near such houses.
When the desire to purchase another property arises, such an apartment can be sold without losing money, the deputy minister asserts.
