Rosbank has turned to its clients with advice.
Ahead of the upcoming merger with T-Bank (former Tinkoff Bank), people were urged to update their personal data.
This information is posted on the official website of Rosbank .
The financial institution reminded that the merger will take place on January 1. In this regard, clients were advised to perform two operations: check the relevance of the previously specified mobile phone, and also install the T-bank application.
After the merger, all products issued by Rosbank will be displayed in the mobile application and personal account in T-Bank.
If the phone numbers listed in Rosbank and T-bank do not match, then the financial institution has warned of possible delays that will be associated with the unification of the personal accounts of the two banks.
If on January 1 the current information is not displayed in the personal account of T-Bank, experts advised to contact the call center of T-Bank.
