Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Russian budget revenues have shown an upward trend.
As the Russian leader pointed out, it is not oil and gas revenues that have a beneficial effect on the situation.
The head of state explained: “Oil and gas revenues are also growing, but there is no talk of surpluses yet,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
Vladimir Vladimirovich voiced this information during a dialogue with the head of the Accounts Chamber, Boris Kovalchuk.
The conversation between the Russian leader and Kovalchuk was broadcast by correspondents.
Despite the above facts, Putin called on the Russian Accounts Chamber to closely monitor financial discipline.
The Russian leader noted that he very much counts on the attentiveness of authorized bodies in the budget issue.
The Russian President added: “It is important not to miss or allow anything that is called crime.”
