This primarily concerns imported products. Prices may also increase for products that are in low stock or are running out altogether.
In the current reality, another factor in the price increase was the change in logistics costs.
The bulk of imported equipment (Germany, Italy, Turkey, etc.) is transported to Russia through Kazakh, Armenian, and Belarusian intermediaries. Purchases are made in Saudi Arabia.
But the cost of container and air logistics has increased. Macroeconomic factors are also taken into account: the ruble exchange rate, the key rate of the Central Bank, etc.
