The captain explained that the frigate remains at anchor five hundred meters from the coast of Spain.

The head of the association for assistance to seafarers "Mor Glaz" Jean-Paul Elkan reminded that the Shtandart crew will soon run out of water.
Elkan added that the refusal to allow the Russian frigate to dock looks like weakness on the part of the French authorities.
