They will be offered the opportunity to take advantage of the opportunity and deposit money into the account at the highest possible rate offered by the banking organization.
In order to receive a guaranteed income, Russians are required to fulfill several mandatory conditions.
In particular, no more than 50 thousand rubles can be deposited into the account. At the same time, the bank will not be able to refuse to open a social account if the citizen meets the requirements stated in the document.
The law signed by Vladimir Putin will come into force on July 1, 2025.
