How to Answer the Question of What You Want from a Job

To find a job, you have to go to interviews.

Typically, they take the form of an interview, where employers ask similar questions.

However, one of these questions can stump even a true professional. The boss will try to find out what you want to get out of this job.

First of all, do not praise the company, even if you really think that the desired position will help you realize yourself. At first glance, the question may seem simple. What does a person need from a job? Decent salary, good working conditions, career growth, social package.

However, the employer wants to know about your motivation. You can answer something like this: "In my previous position, my professionalism helped me double my sales. I believe that in your company I can do the same."

Of course, you can say that you are satisfied with the working conditions and salary. Mention that you like communicating with people.

Say that you find the position interesting. But most importantly, let your boss know that you want to work for the future and are good at working in a team. Tell him that you are eager to gain new experience and that you get along well with people.

Even from any, even the most tricky question, you should take something useful. Again, say that for you, not only positive emotions are important, but also the real result of the work.

However, the most important thing is sincerity. Stay confident and tell the truth. If you lie, it will be revealed sooner or later. And most likely, experienced HR managers will notice your deceit.

Finding a job requires patience. Don't expect to be hired after the first interview.

Most likely, you will be rejected. But do not despair, remain yourself, and a suitable job will definitely be found for you.

Earlier I talked about what the psychology of leadership at work is.

For reference
