Since the beginning of 2024, this area has shown growth of 19%, writes RBC . The demand for product designers has increased the most (+54%).
The top 3 most in-demand jobs included interior designers (+39%) and graphic designers (+27%).
Fourth place goes to interface designers (+24%). Fifth place goes to UX/UI designers (+17%).
Salaries in this sector have increased by 21% on average, which is two percent higher than the overall national salary growth.
The highest earners are product designers (150 thousand rubles) and UX/UI designers (110 thousand rubles).
Analysts expect that by the end of 2024, the average salary in Russia (before deducting personal income tax) will reach 84 thousand rubles.
