Almost every woman cooks borscht from time to time – a soup made from meat, beets, and other vegetables.

Borscht may turn out tasteless due to the incorrect order of adding vegetables.

To prepare a tasty dish, first put the potatoes in the soup, and after 15 minutes - the cabbage. If you do everything exactly the opposite, the potatoes will not cook completely, and the cabbage will become too soft and like porridge.

In addition to potatoes and cabbage, the soup recipe includes fried beets and tomato paste. It should be added to the soup after the potatoes become soft.

It is important to add the bay leaf 10 minutes before the end of cooking. It should be taken out after the soup is done.
