Scrambled eggs and omelettes are undoubtedly some of the most delicious and quick to prepare breakfast options.
However, even with eggs you can make mistakes if you don't know the subtleties.
Culinary expert of TUT NOVOSTI, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you why one method of frying eggs, common among Russians, is absolutely not recommended.
It would seem that there is nothing complicated: pour vegetable oil into a frying pan or melt a piece of butter and fry the eggs until done.
However, even in these two cases, most Russians make mistakes.
Firstly, you can't pour a lot of vegetable oil, so as not to artificially increase the caloric content of the dish. A small amount is enough exclusively for greasing the dishes.
Secondly, you can't fry eggs in butter. This is explained simply: both products of animal origin, therefore, when combined together, pose a danger to the stomach.
Thirdly, adding bacon, sausages and other animal products “weighs down” egg dishes without adding any benefits.
