Frozen cutlets are a real help for housewives who don’t have enough time for full-fledged cooking.

However, frozen products often act up in the pan and do not cook the way we want them to.

Culinary expert of HERE NEWS, cook and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova will tell you how to cook a semi-finished product correctly.

Cooking tricks

Let's start with the fact that frozen cutlets should never be defrosted. This will cause them to fall apart and taste terrible.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan, making sure the surface is dry.

Remove the product from its packaging and be sure to remove any excess frost.

Place in a frying pan, fry until golden brown on one side. Turn over the semi-finished products, reduce the heat and fry until done under a closed lid.
