  • currants – 1.5 cups,
  • mint - 5 sprigs,
  • lemon – 1 piece,
  • granulated sugar – 1 cup,
  • water – 2.5 liters.

1. Place the currants in a blender bowl and beat.

2. Place the crushed berries in a saucepan. Add mint, lemon juice and granulated sugar.
