Ingredients

To prepare the dessert you will need a set of products:

  • yolks – 4 pieces,
  • granulated sugar – 50 gr.,
  • champagne – 190 ml + 3 tbsp,
  • gelatin - 7 g,
  • 33% cream – 300 ml,
  • powdered sugar, 60 gr.,
  • raspberry liqueur - 2 tbsp,
  • raspberries – to taste.

1. Beat the yolks with sugar in a bowl. Pour in 190 ml of champagne and liqueur.

2. Place the yolk mixture on the fire. Wait until it heats up and becomes thicker.

3. Remove from heat, whisk and pour into a container.

4. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of champagne and melt.

5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with powdered sugar.

6. Add gelatin to the yolk mixture. Add whipped cream there as well.

7. Divide the finished mousse into glasses and then put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

8. Decorate with berries.
