Bananas can be called almost the most ancient nutritious foods.
It is believed that they were first used in Southeast Asia.

In a number of countries, bananas are considered the main food. The country with the record for eating these fruits is Burundi (Africa), where each year there are about 190 kg of berries per capita. In the Russian Federation, this figure does not exceed 7.3 kg, which is not surprising, because bananas do not grow here.
The positive properties of bananas include:

Bananas contain tryptophan, an important protein that is converted into the hormone of happiness and joy, serotonin, in the human body.
Bananas also contain a lot of potassium, which is why they can be of undeniable benefit to people who suffer from cardiovascular problems.
At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that eating bananas contributes to blood thickening. In this regard, it is not advisable for people who suffer from varicose veins and thrombophlebitis, or who have had a heart attack or stroke to consume them.
Bananas can be eaten fresh, fried, boiled and baked. They are also used to make chips, wine and beer drinks, and added to baked goods and desserts.
I would like to introduce you to some very nutritious dishes with great taste, for the preparation of which you will need bananas.
A simple dish of milk and banana jelly can decorate any table, especially for children.
First you need to prepare the following ingredients:
• 2 medium-sized bananas;
• 700 ml fresh milk;
• 3-4 tbsp granulated sugar;
• vanilla (add to taste);
• 50 ml of clean water;
• 30 g purchased gelatin.
You can decorate the dish with nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.), cookies and chocolate.
First of all, you need to pour clean cool water over the gelatin. Give it some time to swell.
Then the milk is poured into a blender. Banana pieces, vanilla and granulated sugar are also placed there. All components are whipped until a mass with a uniform consistency is obtained.
After this, the gelatin should be placed in a water bath. Stirring, you need to wait for it to dissolve. Then the gelatin is also placed in a blender.
The mixture is then poured into individual small glasses, which are placed in the refrigeration chamber.
The dish can be served at the table, decorated with ground nuts and chocolate. Children will be absolutely delighted with such a dessert!
Another easy recipe is chocolate covered banana
First, the berries need to be cut into several pieces (from 3 to 5, depending on the size). A water bath is used to melt the chocolate. Then you need to take chopped walnuts, coconut flakes and sesame seeds.
Put banana pieces on a skewer, coat with chocolate, sprinkle with nuts and place on a small plate, placing parchment paper on its bottom, put in the refrigerator. The dish can be served after the chocolate has hardened.
