To prepare you will need:
Tangerines – 4 pcs.;
Chicken egg – 5 pcs.;
Flour – 250 g;
Sugar – 250 g;
Baking powder – 1 tsp;
Vanillin – 1 packet.
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Then beat these products until smooth.
Next, gradually add flour. Then the dough needs to sit for a bit, about five minutes.
Peel the tangerines and divide into segments. Prepare the form, grease with oil and put the filling.
Pour the dough over the slices and place in the oven for 40 minutes (180 degrees) or for 30-35 minutes (200 degrees).
Once the pie is ready, all that remains is to sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
