Ingredients

To prepare the dish you will need the following:

  • soaked beans – 300 gr.,
  • tomatoes – 1 kg,
  • onion - 2 pieces,
  • water – 1.5 liters,
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml,
  • herbs, salt, spices – to taste.

Method of preparation

If you have bought the products and laid them out on the table, then you can safely start cooking:

1. Soak the beans for 10 hours.

2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then peel them and chop finely.

3. Peel the onion and chop it finely with a knife.

4. Start cooking the beans. This will take about 1 hour. Add tomatoes and other ingredients. Cook for another 10 minutes.

5. Beat the contents of the pan with a blender.

6. The soup is ready!
