Every housewife has at least once encountered a situation in which one or another of her dishes turned out not the best.
Sometimes, when preparing lunch or dinner, an excessively thick layer of fat appears, which only spoils the dish.
Chef and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova told how to degrease food without having to throw it in the trash.
With these methods you can easily save any dish.
Wait until the food cools down and the fat droplets remain on its surface. Then simply remove the greasy film with a spoon and rinse it off with running water.
You can also simply throw ice cubes into the hot soup and then use a slotted spoon to skim off the fat that floats to the surface.
You will need an ice cube and a paper towel.
Wrap the ice in a napkin and run it over the meat – the greasy film will no longer be a problem.
Earlier we talked about why some housewives' potatoes turn blue after boiling.
