Ingredients

To prepare orange jelly you will need the following:

  • oranges – 2 pieces,
  • potato starch – 30 gr.,
  • granulated sugar – 100 gr.,
  • water - 350 ml,
  • cloves – 3 pieces.

Method of preparation

1. Squeeze the juice out of the oranges after scalding them with boiling water.

2. In a small container, mix the starch and water until you get a paste.

3. Pour water and orange juice into a saucepan. Add cloves and granulated sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

4. Begin adding the starch paste in portions, stirring constantly. Cook until you get a thick consistency.

5. Remove the jelly from the stove and let it cool slightly.

6. Pour the jelly into glasses and enjoy its taste in the company of friends.
