  • onion - 2 pieces,
  • chicken liver – 0.5 kg,
  • carrots – 1 piece,
  • cream – 200 ml,
  • butter – 10 gr.,
  • pepper and salt - to taste,
  • vegetable oil – for frying.

1. Fry the grated carrots and onion cut into half rings in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil.

2. In another pan, fry the liver. This will take about 10 minutes.

3. Add salt and pepper, butter, carrots and onions to the liver.

4. Pour in the cream and cook under the lid for 3-4 minutes.

5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then beat thoroughly in a blender until smooth.

6. The pate is ready! Now you can spread it on fresh bread and enjoy the meal with your guests.
