Popular kefir diet: how to use it correctly and effectively

We offer you an approximate menu of the kefir diet, which you can change a little, "for yourself". However, do not forget that extra products are not appropriate here. But blueberries will make the kefir diet much tastier and healthier.

So, for breakfast you can eat cottage cheese, adding blueberries to it (to taste). It will be both sweet and tasty. You can also add a spoonful of sour cream to the treat and wash it all down with kefir.

If you want a snack, make yourself a cocktail or smoothie. To do this, mix kefir with blueberries in a 1:2 ratio, or better yet, beat with a mixer.
