Therefore, the nutritionist advised to include more products with low energy density in the diet. These include zucchini, tomatoes, greens, berries, etc.

You won't be able to eat a lot of these foods, so you'll eat less throughout the day.

But you should completely give up sweet drinks. First of all, we are talking about extremely harmful carbonated drinks.

The nutritionist also advised moving more, learning to get enough sleep, and trying to control stress.
