To prepare the soup you will need the following list of products:

  • 2 liters of water,
  • canned food without oil - 1 can,
  • 4 pieces of potatoes,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • a bunch of green onions,
  • salt to taste.

1. Remove the top layer from the onion and carrot. Chop these vegetables finely and then fry them in a frying pan with oil.

2. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and then put them in a saucepan. Cover them with water and cook over the fire until the potatoes become soft.

3. Place the canned food without oil into the pan with the potatoes. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.

4. The soup is ready! You can add green onions before serving.
