Lazy cabbage rolls are a dish that cannot fail to attract housewives due to its ease of preparation.

To prepare cabbage rolls you will need: 500 g of minced meat, 200 g of cabbage, 1 egg and 1 onion each, as well as salt and spices to taste. And instead of rice, take 50 g of wheat groats.
For the sauce, take 200 g of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 200 ml of water, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt and spices to taste.
Boil the cereal until half-ready. While it is cooking, chop the cabbage, salt and mash well, add it to the mince, and add the onion chopped in a blender.
Add cereal, egg, black pepper and sweet paprika to the resulting mixture. Mix, form cabbage rolls into cutlets, put on a baking sheet.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl (press the garlic), pour over the cabbage rolls. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for half an hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
