Secondly, unlike potatoes, you shouldn't skimp on eggs in Olivier. Feel free to add at least 3-5 chicken eggs to the dish.
Thirdly, try to make a salad with real meat, since the classic Olivier recipe is based on boiled beef. The salad with boiled sausage appeared as an alternative to the more expensive recipe.
